1.1 Definitions

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once; attempts to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts will be cancelled.

• Withdrawals cannot be made until the wagering requirement for the bonus has been met.

4.3 VIP Program

gaya9's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback, Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback, and Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback. You can advance to a higher tier by staying regularly active. VIP benefits may change at gaya9's discretion.

5.1 Fraud and Illegal Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure:

• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to legitimise illegal funds.
• Attempting to predetermine game outcomes with other members (match fixing).
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems or software.
• Conducting transactions using a false identity or another person's information.

5.2 Account Suspension and Termination

In cases of violation of the above rules, gaya9 reserves the right to suspend an account temporarily or permanently without prior notice. If fraudulent activity is proven, all funds in the account may be confiscated.

6.1 Fair Play
